Nice toy, prefer the old fashioned version – It has nice sounds and volume, my twins liked the flashing light on the smokestack. The pull cord was a nice option, though very thin and very short. My son didn’t use it until today… the day the music died… I’ve had this toy about 15 months, the kids used it about 14, though not consistent use. Today the initial music got stuck in repeat and wouldn’t get out. It’s good for teaching basic animals their sounds, and some basic colors. There are only 3 flippers compared to the 5 on the low tech classic version. Overall good toy.
