A real disappointment – I purchased this tablet for a 3 year old. First I have been unable to locate the battery compartment. Instructions said to open this and install battery properly. The tablet was already turned on anyway. The writing pen works well but the screen is very light for a child to see. My nice did enjoy the eraser button which did work well. I really should have returned this but kids had played with it.
