Did not include storage containers – I paid extra for the “deluxe edition” that supposedly included storage containers. I did not receive the storage containers so I’m sending this back and will go with the basic Lite Brite.

If it has the same things the ones had from years ago. – This is a gift for my grandson so I don’t know how good or bad the product is until after Christmas But if it is mlike the one my kids had, I am sure he will enjoy it very much. The fast delivery was awesome./

Smaller and screen not completely bright as I expected. – The picture display is small. Only part of the finished picture with all pegs inserted is actually brightly lit. The top and bottom areas do not appear lit in the day time inside. In a dimly lit room it appears brighter overall. I purchased it as a gift for my grand daughter. I expected the display to be bigger and brighter. Maybe the led lights behind the display need some adjustments in their location. Had these for my daughters when they were young…decades ago! They really enjoyed them. I hope my grand daughter will too.

Throwback – I may have bought this as much for me as for my kid but fortunately he likes it too! If you had one growing up you should know that today’s version is about half the size. My husband and I both remember the original being much larger.

Wish it all lit up brightly – Bought this as a gift for a special child. Plenty of colored pegs and 2 nice holders for all of them. The right edge of the light box doesn’t light up so well so maybe four or so rows of lights are dimmer.
