      These are the Best toys!! – I love watching my grandchildren use their imagination while using these toys. They make houses, planes, space ships and other things. Buy two packs of these at a time. You’ll be tickled to watch as the children play.

      Excellent and cheaper alternative to the name brand – Love this set which is half the price of the name brand. The magnets aren’t nearly as strong and the plastic on this set is thinner and not as sturdy… But then again you get what you pay for. It’s perfect for my 3 year old who isn’t making complicated designs, and who doesn’t have the grip to wrestle apart the strong magnets on the other ones, but for kids who want to make very large or complex designs the name brand might be better. We use a mix and it works out really well.

      A bit wonky – I purchased these for a little boy with learning issues. First let me say that I teach and have several sets of these types of magnets. None of them have the colors that this set has which was the main reason I bought these for him. When they arrived, I took them from the box and played with them for a bit. I found them to be a bit frustrating. As I was “building” a box, the pieces wouldn’t attach as they should have, and I had to manipulate them to get them to attach to each other which made another piece not want to stay attached. Needless to say, I did not give them to the little boy but took them to school and my class loves them. They don’t mind that they have the quirk, they just keep trying new pieces til they find one that doesn’t flip on them. But disappointing as I bought them especially for the little boy who loves the colors this set contains.
