It comes with 14 different toys and rattles for them. They are very durable and will last a long time. My nephew has had these 5 months and he beyond loves then and still plays with them daily. They don’t damage or tear overtime but if you have a baby with teeth it may be different so always check it and make sure it’s safe before giving it to your baby because nothing is more important then them
